Room available in small but comfortable Camp Hill home. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit as well as central air. Parking available at the house. Rent is $925 total. That includes all utilities and internet and cable. Bathroom is shared. Patio out back as well which is a quiet spot to relax when the weather is nice. This is a full share so you would have access to the living room at all times. I spend most of my time working in my office or in the other bedroom so the living room would be more yours than mine. I would also be offering the larger bedroom which is included in the pictures.

A bit about me: I am in my 40s and work from home currently. I am here a good deal but I'm very quiet and laid back and I work a LOT. I'm just looking to share the bills with someone so I can spend some time looking new opportunities and not working constantly to keep up. I'm only looking for a female roommate as that has worked best for me in the past. Over 30 years old please just because I feel like we could relate a bit better if we are closer in age. Last thing I'll mention is that I am definitely not looking for TWO roommates. It's a cozy place but small so it wouldn't work if a significant other would be staying here all the time, etc. Not saying you can't have guests, just not all the time please. Just looking for a quiet, peaceful situation. I'll certainly keep up my end of the bargain when it comes to that.
