We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Facilities and Technical Services team. This role plays a key part in the administration of capital construction projects, working closely with Directors and Project Managers across Planning & Design, Construction, and Facilities Management.


Key Responsibilities:

    Perform administrative duties & tasks for multiple capital projects simultaneously.
    Maintain accurate records and track project documentation from planning through close-out.
    Support the Capital Review Committee (CRC) with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
    Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PeopleSoft and Construction Management Software.
    Assist Project Managers during the close-out phase, including financial reconciliation and documentation.
    Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    Handle electronic filing, contract and purchase order data entry, and office management duties.
    Identify and resolve workflow issues to ensure smooth project execution.
    Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate effectively across departments.

Location: Hershey, PA
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite | MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Compensation: $22.33 $29.81/hour (based on experience) + comprehensive benefits package
 

 


    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial construction.
    Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification is a plus.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (MOS Certification preferred).
    Strong troubleshooting skills with computer systems and office technology.
    Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
    Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
    Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
    Willingness to engage with students and serve as a positive role model.
    High level of integrity and professionalism required.
