🔨 We’re looking for painters who:
Have experience with interior residential painting
Know how to properly prep, cut in, and finish cleanly
Can safely paint shutters (experience with ladders and proper technique required)
Have their own basic tools and reliable transportation
Communicate clearly and show up on time
Are professional, respectful, and client-friendly — you’ll be representing our brand
📸 Must Be Willing To:

Meet on-site for a short walkthrough before the first job
Sign a subcontractor agreement and provide ID
Follow simple project checklists and quality control steps
💵 Pay Structure:
Paid per job, per day, or per unit depending on scope
