Arcade 1up SF2 modded cab - $500 (Palmyra)

Arcade 1up Street Fighter II Champion Edition cab. It’s modded with an arcade box emulator (32,000+ games). It’s functional but I couldn’t figure out how to hook up the stock power and volume or get the marquee to light up. Changed out all the buttons to LEDs. Only one side stays lit.
