The position pays $25 per hour and is approximately 3 days per week with flexible hours and scheduling. We offer direct deposit and a 401(k) with a 6% company match. Additional hours may be available during projects or seasonal work.
Responsibilities include landscaping and grounds maintenance, general property cleanup, painting and surface preparation, minor carpentry and repair work, light building maintenance, gutter cleaning, and assisting with commercial property projects as needed.
Applicants should have prior maintenance, landscaping, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred. We are looking for someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. The position involves physical outdoor work in varying conditions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
