I bought this last year and it didn't come with the Thunderbolt cord and I never got around to buying one but I do have the power cord. It includes the caddies but there are no hard drives included. This model Promise Technology Pegasus R4 RAID Thunderbolt Storage Solution officially supports 8TB of raw capacity using four 2TB drives. The person I bought it from used 4TB drives in each slot for 16TB of total storage.
