Hello my name is Rachel. I have a 5 bedroom 2 bath with one available room to rent out by February 1st. My current roommate is moving out of state. He may be gone sooner then the first of February. The house is very spacious and up-to-date. The house is 3 levels there's central heat and the walls are very thick so your privacy is guaranteed. There is a basement but it's not completed but it's a good space for storage. 420 friendly but no cigarettes or tobacco products at all inside. There is a nice size front porch and back porch as well as a balcony on the second floor that is open for all to use for tobacco products. No pets, sorry I have a small Labradoodle. Must be 25 or older . No party's. This is a working home and you must have a nine-to-five to stay here. We have a good time but we go to bed at decent hours. You're permitted to have company but your company cannot stay over every night. You will be sharing living quarters with me and 2 other females. Everyone is very friendly chill down to earth and motivating. This is a positive atmosphere and negativity will not be tolerated. We share but you're more than welcome to have your own of anything. Must be neat and pick up after yourself. We work off of a cleaning schedule so you will have cleaning responsibilities on certain days. We also cook for each other when we can . We're not nosey so no one will affect your space. You will be provided with a key to the front door as well as your bedroom. Fighting or guns are not permitted here. There is a park at the end of our street for walking, exercise purposes and multiple convenience stores nearby. You are in close proximity of a bus stop. My two current roommates do have vehicles and seem to have no problem with finding parking. The rent is $500 a month utilities included. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at move in. $600 moves you in. I will be taking a copy your state ID at the time of the rental agreement signing.
