Attention real-estate investors, wholesalers, flippers, landlords, homeowners, and real-estate agents. I am looking to find a nice deal on a multi-family unit for my fiancé and I's first home. Our goal is to live in one unit and rent out the others. Cash-flow will be crucial, as we are interested in this being a wise investment as opposed to an emotional decision on a forever home. Areas of interest include York, Harrisburg, and Lancaster, PA as well as surrounding areas.

Ideally, targeting 3-4 units with sweat equity and each unit having ~1000 sq ft. or above. However, we would consider properties in all conditions, sizes, as well as duplexes. We are also open to seller financing and other creative solutions.
