Late 40's bassist, lifelong central PA resident, looking to play more with different people. I'm open to most all styles, not looking for country, Summer of '69 or original metal. Interested in tribute projects, studio/songwriting/recording collaborations, fill-in work, 90's and 2000's rock that isn't already getting beaten to death. I have ample gear for any size or type of gig. Always eager to add vocals. Fast learner, know when to lock in with drummer, when to lead, when to follow. I'll understand what you mean no matter if you speak in keys, notes, numbers or just 'I'm on this fret.' Ideally looking for people wo have a similar level of confidence in their own abilities. Have a school-age family and a full time job; keep a beer fridge in the garage but don't smoke.
Mostly want more opportunities to play and to get to know more musicians in the area. I've been playing within the same circles for 20 years or so, and while that will continue, I want to expand the contact list. Email here and we'll take it from there.
