This is a Peavey Hydra from 1984, when the name Peavey still meant something, as did the phrase Made in the USA.
It is fairly self-explanatory, two guitar necks on one body, allowing you to play all of the guitar parts to Stairway to Heaven the same way Jimmy Page did. One is a 12-string. The other a 6-string. It may be a Peavey, but it does have that Gibson 24.75" scale length and 12" radius.
These were not true "Custom Shop" guitars, but they were "Made To Order" (similar to Carvin/Kiesel, but with fewer options) and took 8-12 weeks for delivery.
Plays like a dream. Has been maintained. Has not been abused, but after 40 years has a few bumps.

Clear coat on the neck has been removed and the neck re-sealed.
