A buddy of mine does "clean outs". He brought this to me to "fix" and sell.
There's nothing that needs fixed. It is just dirty and needs new strings - but I plan on doing more before I am done.

Makes sense, if you think about it. You're probably going to want to do your own strings and setup anyhow. Why have it done twice when you can buy it for a few bucks cheaper.
