Key Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations and keep shifts running smoothly
Support guest service and resolve issues quickly
Manage floor flow, staffing, reservations, and table turns
Recruit, train, schedule, and coach front-of-house staff
Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
Assist with inventory, labor control, budgeting, and admin tasks
Monitor sales, labor, and overall team performance
Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and compliance
What Theyre Looking For
Experienced restaurant leader
Strong people-management and guest-service skills
Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling, reporting, and basic admin
Able to lead in a high-standard, high-energy environment
