NON-HIGHWAY USE SLOW SPEED TIRES. Price is for TWO tires. New Carlisle brand 4.80-8 wheel barrow or garden cart tires. Your old tire may say 4.80/4.00-8 it's the same size. They are 2 ply rated max 30 psi. Although only 2 ply rated they are made as heavy or heavier than most of the off brands in 4 ply rated. It is a ply rating on all of them and NOT the actual number of cord layers. The off brand ones that say 4 ply simply run a higher air pressure to get a higher weight rating. These are tubeless tires but can be used with a tube if desired. Carlisle part # 5134511.
