Both Sofa & Chair are in excellent good condition.
Dimensions: Sofa: L = 87”, W = 38”, H = 35” Chair: CL = 35”, CW = 33”, CH = 37” as seen in the Picture.
Beautiful Very soft comfortable in Excellent good condition La Z Boy Sofa & Chair set. Back pillows are attached. I deep cleaned them before listing. Seat cushions come off and the seat cushion covers can be unzipped/taken off for washing. Seat cushions were thoroughly washed and deep cleaned before listing. The throw pillows come with the sofa/chair and they were also run through the washing machine and deep cleaned before listing. The whole sofa & chair were deep cleaned and thoroughly washed before listing. No holes, rips or tears. This Sofa and Chair set did come from a smokers home though everything was thoroughly Deep Cleaned and washed. There may still be a fleeting smell of coming from a smokers home. It should subside completely with time & use. It would be no problem for someone who already smokes. Very clean and beautiful set.
All my Sofas, Chairs and Furniture are kept in an ozonated environment in order to keep them as fresh and as clean as possible.
