Chairs have no tears and cushions are all solid and in good shape. sun damage has caused peeling & flaking of the bonded leather in some locations per photos, but chairs are extremely comfortable and solid. Seats are 21" from back to front & 33" from back of chair to front. Seat is 16" from ground.
