Below is a list of my father's burial arrangements that he had prepaid with the cemetery, back in 2014. These items are what is included with the sale listing.
(1) Interment Right - below ground burial lot for casket or urn:
- specific location: Block F - Section 1039 - Space #1
- can have 1 urn 1 casket or 2 urns --- fees apply
(1) Interment Service Fee - open/close for a casket ((can be used for an urn if preferred))
(2/3) Marker Components
((a marker is made up of a granite base, installation, and bronze plaque. My father prearranged the granite and install, but a new owner would have to purchase the bronze plaque to complete the marker))
The total asking price: $5,900.00.
The total retail value as of Feb. 2025 is: $7,640.00.
The cemetery is responsible for creating and sending me the appropriate transfer of ownership documents once there is a new potentially interested buyer for these items.
Please be aware the transfer of ownership fee is $195.00 as of current. This is the only fee due at the time of finalization which will be covered by the new owner unless negotiated otherwise.
