Responsibilities:
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all kitchenware and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including the storage and kitchen surfaces.
- Check machinery to ensure they are operating correctly and report any malfunctions to management.
- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing basic ingredients.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area, including the floors.
