I’ve owned this Camry for 3 years/15,000 miles. I’ve taken it on many trips to Philly, Maryland, and upstate NY with zero issues. I’d hop in and drive it cross-country tomorrow without hesitation.

Quirk (full transparency):
First start of the day there's sometimes a puff of smoke out the tailpipe. Message me and I'll send a video of what it looks like. Doesn't happen again unless the car sits overnight. Doesn't happen while driving. Doesn't even always happen. Doesn’t affect performance or drivability. I only found this out about a month after buying the car, when someone pointed it out. Didn't notice it from in the car.
Two shops both said it’s a dry valve stem seal and fairly common. Google "Valve stem seal puff smoke". Basically when the engine fully cools down overnight and the seal shrinks, a drop or two of oil can seep from the top into the combustion chamber. Then burns off instantly when the car starts the first time. The seals cost $4, but replacing them is like 15–20 hours of labor, so garages say it isn't worth fixing, and I agreed. I check the oil level every ~3,000-mile and top up if needed, generally like a half a quart bottle between oil changes. I’ve done that with no issues for 3 years. But, since it's not perfect, I'm being up front about it and pricing the car accordingly. Feel free to get a PPI done at your mechanic of choice, but must prove able to pay first.
