Key Responsibilities:
Research and design customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel goals.
Book a wide range of travel services, including flights, accommodations, rental cars, cruises, tours, events, and more.
Provide excellent pre- and post-travel customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up to date within the travel industry.
Attend vendor and supplier webinars to gain expertise in specific destinations and travel types.
Keep informed on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in travel and tourism.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable internet access and either a computer (preferred) or smartphone.
Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
Personal travel experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
