Apex Financial Management is seeking a dependable & licensed part-time Maintenance & Grounds Technician to assist with maintenance, landscaping, and general property upkeep across our commercial properties. This is a flexible position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, outdoor projects, and a varied work environment. The position pays $25 per hour and is approximately 3 days per week with flexible hours and scheduling. We offer direct deposit and a 401(k) with a 6% company match. Additional hours may be available during projects or seasonal work.
The position will primarily service our Carlisle location, but work may also be needed at our two additional locations in Harrisburg and Highspire, PA.
Duties
Responsibilities include landscaping and grounds maintenance.
General property cleanup, painting, and surface preparation.
Minor carpentry and repair work.
Light building maintenance, gutter cleaning, and assisting with commercial property projects as needed.
Skills
Applicants should have prior maintenance, landscaping, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred.
Applicants must be licensed and insured.
We are looking for someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
The position involves physical outdoor work in varying conditions.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
