The Public C7 24” is a wonderful step-through Dutch-style city bike that is perfect for kids or small young adults (4’10” and under). We purchased this bike new in 2022 and it originally cost $499. Although the bike was much loved by our child, it didn't get much use before they needed a larger frame. So, this bike is pretty much in like-new condition. The bike includes a nice basket (orig. $40). Check out the Public Bikes website for details.
