Maher Duessel is seeking candidates for Fall Audit Internships in our Harrisburg office.


Interns must have:
•Major in accounting, junior or senior status, working toward 150 credits
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A strong dedication to teamwork
•Integrity within the professional environment
•Proficiency with Microsoft applications
•Reliable transportation
•Availability of a minimum 16 hours per week during fall semester 2019


Our interns gain valuable experience by having exposure to many areas of audit work. Interns will perform detailed testing of transactions, including cash receipts, cash disbursements, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Additionally, interns will assist in the preparation of financial statements and schedules for clients.

Working Conditions:

Involves work in the firm’s office or on the client’s premises. Work on the client’s premises will usually require the use of the staff member’s personal car. Involves varying working hours, including overtime, as determined by engagement team leader.
