Healthy Women and Daughters

Researchers at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center are looking for healthy women who have daughters between the ages of 4 and 17 to help identify early warning signs of Type 2 diabetes.

Volunteers will have two separate visits to theMedical Center and complete the following:
• Health history questionnaire
• Modified oral glucose tolerance test
• Physical exam
• DXA scan
• Transabdominal ultrasound
You may be eligible if you are a healthy woman with regular periods and have a daughter between the ages of 4 and 17 years old.
