In addition to being passionate about animal welfare, Ideal Candidates will be able to be objective at all times, respect and accept opposing viewpoints, be objective, serve without a personal agenda, and be committed to serving on the Board. Tempers, in-fighting, immaturity, and working against each other are not tolerated.
