I am a professional female seeking a short term room mate. I own my 3 bed 3 bath townhouse. I would prefer a female. This is a good situation for someone in school, continuing education or relocating. It has off street parking. Washer and dryer right outside the bedroom, very convenient. You would have full use of the kitchen. You would have a private furnished bedroom and private full bath. $500. includes heat, water, rent, electric, trash, everything. I do not have high speed internet so you would be resposible for this. I do not have storage. My house is completely furnished. I have a lab dog and 2 cats so if you have allergies this is not for you. I consider myself very laid back and easy to get a long with.. Short term to me is 3 months or less.
