This Teal/White screen room is brand new and in the original box with the Owner's Manual. It was purchased from Radabaugh's RV Sales in Marysville. I paid $500 for it in November 2005. It was given as a Christmas gift to my father and mother for use with their 24' Jayco pop-up camper. However, my father became very ill in April 2006 and died shortly thereafter. The camper has since been sold but the buyer didn't want the screen room. This screen room fits 12' awnings on many makes and models of campers and RVs.
