RESPONE ASAP. AS OF JULY 23RD(LAST UPDATED)... I have a 1 bedroom available in a 3 bdrm apartment in the Village of Pineford that will be available on AUGUST 17TH or mid AUGUST and I will be needing 1 person to move in at that time. I AM IN NEED OF A 1 PERSON AS A ROOMATE as I don't have any roommates as of yet. The apartment is well kept and clean. Call me to see the apt yourself. Rent here is $326 a person per month. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED except for cable and internet, which runs roughly $25 a month. It also includes a WASHer AND DRYER for your CLOTHERS, your own room, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. I do have the living room furniture and most of the kitchen stuff, so all you would need to bring would be the stuff you need for your bedroom.
