For winter storage of RV’s up to 20 ft long, the rate is $140 for the 4-6 month period from November to April. (The exact length of storage period depends upon your exit date and when you drop-off your RV.) NOTE: This is not a monthly charge - it is a total of $140 for a half-year for a 20 ft RV.

For RV’s longer than 20 ft, the rate is $7.00 per foot. For instance, a 30 ft RV would be $210 ($7 x 30) for the 4-6 month storage period. These prices are for RV’s up to 8 ft wide. Special rates apply for wider RV’s such as some pontoon boats. The price is based upon the over-all length: measured from tip of hitch to rearmost part of the RV.

Height of door is 12 ft. Customer is responsible for providing their own insurance.

As the photos show, these are not individual storage units. The boats and RVs are not accessible or available for removal during the storage period.

The storage buildings of Windsock, Inc. are of cement block construction with a concrete floor and aluminum roof; they are kept ventilated. We are located in the Lykens Valley about 45 minutes north of Harrisburg. The storage facility is behind our home and is under our watchful care. The storage area is kept locked as well as the gate to the drive - no one is permitted to enter. A forklift with hitch is used to maneuver RV trailers into and out of the building. The buildings are clean and free of pests. This is the 7th year that Windsock, Inc has been storing RVs. People come from Harrisburg and other similar distances to take advantage of our very reasonable storage rates.

Pick the departure date in the spring which suits you best and then this will determine when you drop-off your RV in the fall. This scheduling will allow for an orderly emptying of the storage buildings in the spring.

A current registration on your RV or trailer is required.
Windsock, Inc. reserves the right to decline storage for unusual or questionable boats and RVs.
Email your name and mailing address and we will send you our rental agreement for you to sign.
A $50 deposit will hold your position. Full payment is due at drop-off.
