NORESCO’s Construction Group manages the design/build construction activities for large commercial and institutional facilities. We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to work out of our Harrisburg Office.
Business is booming and as a result we have several openings to support our construction projects in Pennsylvania. Project Management is performed at the project sites and Noresco expects project managers to be on-site during the majority of the workweek. We’re looking for Project Managers that have experience working in and around occupied buildings with strengths in MEP systems.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to perform the following tasks.
Responsible for organizing all on-site construction activities.
Interface with customers and supervise subcontractors on a daily basis.
Prepare daily construction reports as well as monitor status to ensure the project adheres to the project schedule and expectations.
Ensure all documents are contract compliant.
Coordinate the bid process and recommend subcontractor selection based on bid analysis provided to management.
Manage subcontractors to ensure quality control, cost control and adherence to agreed upon schedule.
Provide all necessary input to project accounting system to ensure accurate record keeping for all projects.
